Empowering families with the knowledge and resources to support their children's health and well-being, by providing well educated peer support providers to help you navigate life's obstacles.
ADVOCACY
Advocating for policy changes and community initiatives to improve access to healthcare, food, education and housing.
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
Rooted In Nature works toward increasing the number of traditional healthcare workers to address and reduce health disparities in the community. We provide support for training and mentorship after training.
