Rooted In Nature Healthcare is committed to providing education for families about their children's healthcare needs. Our goal is to empower families with the knowledge and resources they need to make informed decisions about their families well-being. We empower our families by educating them on the importance of obtaining nutritional food, provide education on disease prevention and chronic disease management as well as provide camps and events to bring our community together. At Rooted In Nature Healthcare, our vision is to provide essential support to the African American community by offering access to food, housing, and job training. We are dedicated to increasing the number of community healthcare workers to address the significant health disparities faced by the community. Our mission is to build a healthier and more resilient community for generations to come.
